At Get2Fluent, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their digital learning experience. As our products are instantly delivered digital eBooks, our refund policy follows standard practices for downloadable content.


Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted within 15 days of the purchase date.
  • The digital product has not been accessed or downloaded.
  • Proof of purchase is provided upon request.

Due to the nature of digital products, once an eBook has been accessed or downloaded, it cannot be returned or refunded.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds cannot be issued in the following situations:

  • The eBook has been accessed or downloaded, regardless of usage.
  • The request is made after 15 days from the purchase date.
  • Dissatisfaction with the content after accessing the file.
  • Accidental purchases where the file has already been accessed.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues accessing your eBook, we will assist you and, if needed, resend the file or provide an alternative format.
If the file has not been accessed and the issue cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a refund under the conditions above.


Digital Product Notice

All products sold through Get2Fluent are digital items. No physical returns are required or accepted.
